Description

CommonSense Robotics is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our People Group and take part in our extraordinary journey as we grow. As an HRBP, you will have the opportunity to own and lead global HR projects & initiatives, establish & implement HR strategies that foster organizational & people development, partner with our leaders, sow & cultivate the company’s culture and values.

This is a significant role as we expand rapidly to meet our emerging market opportunities.

What your role will look like:
- Work closely with leaders throughout the organization, execute people strategies that support business goals and objectives and enable the growth of the business.
- Partner with managers and team members, provide guidance & support while focusing on growth & development.
- Lead complex people processes & organizational projects, alongside managers.
- Take part in building an HR infrastructure to enable organizational scale, as our business grows and expands globally.
- Full HR business support of one or more globally spread business units.
- Play a key role in crafting and carrying out our annual People Plan as part of the People team.
- Contribute to define our global Compensation and Benefits approach and guidelines.
- Coach and support Managers and Team Members towards personal growth and development.
- Global people operations support to build our global infrastructure
- Lead Team member’s life cycle.

Requirements

This role will require the following:
- At least 3 years of proven HRBP experience, preferably in global fast growing start-ups/tech companies.
- Deep understanding & strong background in one or more of the following- Org. Development, Managerial Consulting, Learning & Growth, Com. & Ben.
- Strong recruitment experience.
- Excellent people skills and demonstrated high emotional intelligence.
- Proven experience working with managers at all seniority levels.
- Knowledge and experience in working with various HRIS systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related area.
