Description

Responsibilities:
- Work with managers to define job descriptions and hiring workflows
- Manage all sourcing activities:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Stack Overflow and Behance);
- Target, contact and attract passive candidates;
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media channels, job boards and internally;
- Work with placement agencies, universities and freelance placement consultants.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Approve and hand out job offers
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Guide and train our technical interviewers
- Plan participation in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Ensure effective and positive onboarding experience
- Play an important role in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
- Participate and support additional HR process as needed

Requirements

- 3+ years’ experience in high volume recruiting for multidisciplinary technological environment
- Social media expert with strong marketing orientation
- Experience in medical devices industry - advantage
- Experience in recruiting globally- advantage
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, the ability to adapt and respond to change, and liability to multitask
- Well familiar with up-to-date sourcing techniques
- Experience in working with placement vendors
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills; fluent in the English language
- Ability to work independently, self-drive and enthusiasm.
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders in the execution of recruiting initiatives
- Proven ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team to ensure results
- Strong organizational skills
