We are seeking an experienced HR Systems & Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR Systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of HR-related data and information. This role will involve collaborating with our global HR team and other stakeholders to upgrade and optimize HR operation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and administer our HR systems, conduct data audits, validations and keep high integrity and reliability of the data.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand and analyze business requirements related to HRIS functionalities.
- Day-to-day hands-on support and maintenance of Payoneer’s HR systems to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Provide training and support to HR team and other end users on HR systems functionalities, best practices, and system updates.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and data security.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and recommend system enhancements or upgrades as needed.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to optimize current and future HRIS modules, features, or functionalities.
- Maintain documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Support the global HR team with various technical needs.

Qualifications:

- in Industrial Engineering / Information System Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 year of proven experience as system admin of HRIS platforms, such as SAP - SuccessFactors-must, Greenhouse, Workday- a major advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and technical support skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including HR professionals, IT teams, and other.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and compliance requirements- advantage.
