We are looking for HR Specialist to join our company and play an integral role in scale our growing international company. If you are a dedicated, driven individual who’s looking for their next opportunity in the HR and recruitment world, this position might be a good fit for you!


• 60% of your time you will be leading the end to end hiring process

• Meetings hiring managers, defining positions and business needs

• Manage job postings in internal and external tools

• Sourcing for candidates from top talent pools and social media

• Reviewing and screening CV's, conducting frontal HR interviews, reference checks

• Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process.

• Use and update recruitment status on our ATS Comeet

30% of your time will be dedicated to the full employee life cycle

• Handle on boarding and termination process end to end

• Conduct follow up meetings with employees

• Help build and promote HR processes such as performance assessment, personal and professional development and much more

• Work and collaborate with the HR Team on new initiatives

• Implement and maintain HRIS

10% of your time will be dedicated to the welfare and operational duties:

• Take care of all Administrative office duties- ordering food, parking spaces, sitting arrangements, IT equipment, etc

• Be the owner of Welfare activities and budget in Israel and Europe

• Help Finance with credit cards and travel expenses


• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting for fast-paced tech companies (can be also from placement agencies) – MUST

• Experience in talent sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms in different countries

• A clear understanding of technical terms and roles

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces

• Self-starter, independent, results oriented and attentive to details

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Native-like written and spoken English proficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
