As a Recruiter and Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and maintaining a pipeline of strong candidates for various roles at Riskified.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions
- Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
- Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques, such as Linkedin boolean search and more
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates - screen candidate resumes and job applications
- Conduct phone interviews
- Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates during hiring process
- Follow industry professionals and organizations to develop in-depth knowledge and familiarity with recruiting best practices

- At least 2 years experience as a Recruiter in hi-tech/placement agencies - must
- Experienced in sourcing - must
- Experience in technological recruiting - advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline - advantage
- Proficient with recruiting databases/applicant tracking systems and Social Media recruiting platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter est)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Hands on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, reference checks, etc)
- High energy, highly motivated, and self-driven in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- People person and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
