We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team!
As part of your job, you will collaborate with technological managers on a daily basis to bring the most suitable candidates to their teams.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts and hires the best employees for us while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage the overall recruitment process – from selection, until signing the contract
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media, job boards, agencies, recruitment events, meet-ups, and any other creative channels
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone interviews
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Ensure great candidate experience
- Build and promote the company’s employer brand
- Support workplace diversity by relevant recruitment activities
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience (either an in-house recruiter in a high-tech company or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Experience with technological profiles and candidates
- Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field – a plus
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking system – a plus
