CYMOTIVE Technologies is looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team!

As part of your role, you will collaborate with technological managers on a daily basis to bring the most suitable candidates to their teams.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts and hires and the best employees for us while growing a strong talent pipeline. In addition, you will support various HR activities and take an active part in our global HR team.

As part of your job, you will be responsible for the following areas:

- Finding talented candidates for challenging positions by using internal sourcing and other channels, like social media, job boards, agencies, recruitment events & meetups.
- Strengthen employer brand by using social media and PR activities.
- Performing in-depth HR interviews
- Working closely with hiring managers about processes and candidates
- Ensure great candidate experience
- Manage and accompany onboarding processes of new employees
- Take an active part in the HR team – support and lead various activities 


- 2-4 years of recruiting experience in a high-tech company
- Experience with technological profiles and candidates
- Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Excellent attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field – a plus
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking system – a plus
