HR Project Manager

- Oversee employee full life cycle, onboarding, welfare, and termination
- Implement training and development plans
- Create, implement and maintain company's policies
- Manage major HR processes to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
- Creating employee contracts, contract amendments and confirmations.
- Supporting the HR administration to local payroll during the whole employee life cycle process (e.g. compensation and benefits, tax certificates, etc.).
- Keep up-to-date employee records

HR Operations

- Full life cycle recruitment for Operations Department - from sourcing to onboarding
- Constant communication with managers, team leaders and employees to identify needs, consult on HR matters and help with complex processes
- Coordinate exit process for departing employees


- More than 2 years experience in the HR environment of an international company
- B.A. in management/business or similar HR-related qualification
- Tech savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous with a positive attitude
- Can work with minimal guidance and oversight
- Ability to multitask and organize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail while multitasking
- Ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision
