Description

The HR operations specialist will join the Compensation & Benefit team and will work closely with the HR team.

We are looking for an organized candidate, who is process oriented and a team player.

This role will be primarily responsible for Oracle data entry, data management, reporting and additional HR services.

Responsibilities:
- HR backend operational tasks (Oracle data entry, reports).
- Maintain HR database that interfaces with all of the company's units (Finance, IT, Security and Admin).
- Interface with Verint’s HRIS corporate team in the United States.
- Support the data changes in reorganizations and other projects that require HR data updates.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefit VP, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience departments
- Maintain ongoing employee files in our Document Management System.
- Assisting with the implementation of HRIS systems, with data functionality and processes.
- Support on going Compensation & Benefit operational needs.

Requirements

- High-level English- especially writing
- Bachelor’s Degree that includes studies of data bases
- 1-3 years of experience with HR systems
- MS office and other tools. Excel- mandatory
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
- Positive attitude
