Description

Bringg' is looking for its first HR Operations and Comp & Ben Manager to lead and create processes in our scaling organization, ensuring the company's HR initiatives run smoothly, contribute to a healthy work environment and remain cost-effective. You will review and approve budgets, develop and implement new HR policies and maintain company's HR systems while analyzing data to optimize our proceeses and decisions.

What will you do:

- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases. Such as: Hi bob, LMS, Handbook
- Review and approve or modify budgets, andCreate detailed reports on HR operational costs
- Design and implement company’s global HR policies and handbooks
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
- Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)

Requirements

- BA in Economy/Industrial management/Equivelant
- Experience working in B2B/B2C companies
- HR orientation – understanding of the function and profession
- Some experience in HR BI /Data analytics
- Ability to work 3 times a week from the office in center of TLV
- Basic compensation orientation – salary surveys, equity, employment agreements, payroll
- Basic understanding in benefits – Pensions, funds, allowances, relocations, goodies
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- HRIS orientation – advantage
- Labor law orientation - Local and global labor laws – advantage
