Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic director of HR to lead and shape Zoomin’s culture and DNA by implementing HR strategy, driving organizational and employee success, and sourcing and recruiting top talent.

This radically improved product content experience deepens product usage, prevents frustration-driven churn and reduces burden on support. What will you do?

- Lead and manage the full-cycle of the recruiting process, from talent sourcing and CV screening to interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees
- Implement key strategic HR policies, procedures and systems
- Spearhead all HR activities related to performance management, employee engagement and increasing productivity and retention
- Manage strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor, legislative and other human resources issues
- Work closely with the top management of hiring senior and high-performing employees
- Initiate and manage employee well-being activities, team building events, and company global events
- Make data-driven HR related decisions
- Utilize technology to enhance and measure the results of human resources programs
- Design, support and execute people-related strategy and roadmap
- Liaise with the US and UK operations to ensure consistency in HR and recruiting practices

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, social sciences or related field
- Hands-on experience in recruitment for Tech companies
- Results oriented with a competitive drive for success
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative and professionalism
- Able to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Data driven and analytical
- Passionate about people and building an excellent culture
- Familiarity with best-in-class HR and recruiting software
- Very high English proficiency
