We are looking for an energetic and efficient HR Coordinator to join the growing IL HR team. This candidate will be an organizational master with a strong sense of client service, working with internal and external clients, and candidates. You’ll have the ability to shift gears and juggle competing priorities, possess great verbal and written communications skills, and enjoy the challenges of helping to support a fast-paced organization. What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Be a trusted resource to all employees for any HR related questions or requests
- Provide employees with their personal HR information and documents.
- Assist in communicating policies, procedures and programs to employee

Benefits and Payroll Administration

- Enter all new hires and data changes in our HRIS system (currently Bamboo HR, moving to Successfactors) and educate all employees on their responsibilities for maintaining their personal data
- Work with Finance to ensure the accuracy of payroll administration
- Act as a liaison with payroll and benefits providers for all employee administration and enrolment queries

General Administration

- Responsible for input, maintenance and accuracy of all employee data in our HRIS system
- Administer engagement survey across IL including tracking and analysing results and actions
- Assume responsibility for the maintenance of IL specific analytics (e.g. headcount, turnover, performance reviews, absence etc.)
- Work alongside HR Director to ensure accuracy of salary review data and produce annual compensation statements
- Assist HR Director (and wider HR team where required) with reporting, minute taking in meetings, preparation of presentations and analysis and ad hoc projects).

Advisory

- Assist with the creation and administration of pragmatic HR processes and procedures to enable the fair, consistent and prompt resolution of employee queries
- Assist in communicating processes and procedures to our teams
- Advise on first line policy and ER queries from employees, escalating to the HR Director where necessary
- Conduct return to work interviews (sickness) and maternity/paternity briefings

Requirements

- 2+ years’ experience in HR administration and a strong desire for a career in HR
- Proficient in Word, Excel (pivot tables etc.) and Powerpoint; numerate and able to complete data analysis. Experience with Greenhouse advantageous.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively and flex according to circumstance; attention to detail is a must
- Self motivated with a great attitude and a positive outlook a must
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent client service in all interactions
- Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills
- A solutions based tenacious approach and proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to be very well organised and manage conflicting priorities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive systems and employee data.
