The Role
- Help facilitate all basic Human Resources functions from candidate experience to onboarding and organizing company events
- Create and maintain “best in class” candidate experience process
- Manage the operational aspects of recruitment from welcoming candidates to monitoring the hiring process step by step
- Handle pre-hire and post-offer processing by creating offer letters and managing the background check process
- Schedule phone, onsite, and video interviews for hiring teams
- Identify opportunities to improve our HR processes
- Organize meetups, company events and more
- Manage the onboarding process for all new hires
- Maintain and create employee files and also complete I-9 verifications for all new hire as needed

- 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong multitasking skills
- Operational and Recruiting experience
- Detail and team­ oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A fast learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a start up environment - a plus
