WalkMe is looking for a dreamer and a doer to fulfill the role of HR Business Partner and accelerate WalkMe continuous growth.

What will your job look like?

- Provides HR consultation and “hands on” support to leaders, teams and employees.
- Direct and coordinate all HR activities in the employee life cycle such as cyclical programs, focal plans, benefits, personal issues, retention, training and development
- Be the POC for all things related to employee success and culture for the department
- Coach business and functional leaders to drive talent strategies that engage and retain our best employees, as we continue to scale for growth
- Accelerate WalkMe’s hyper growth by partnering with management and talent acquisition through the hiring, on-boarding and internal movement processes
- Act as project manager for various people programs such as - performance management, talent reviews and succession plans, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Based on the People Strategy, drive talent management and development plans to individuals and managers.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & benefits, L&D, and HR Operations to support or implement people initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance and drive resolution for complex employee issues. Support the managers through performance improvement plans and ER related topics.
- Provide HR Partnership to employees at all levels to allow professional and “high touched” HR support and advisory.
- Engage local consultants to provide people oriented solutions in multi country business.
- Partner with organizational leaders to up-level Leadership Capability


- Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience in fast growing technological companies with high engagement culture and innovative people programs
- Deep understanding of the Business landscape & strategy
- Previous experience in partnering with R&D groups, sales, services groups - advantage
- Working in a multinational environment, providing HR consultation and guidance across several countries and geographies.
- Experienced in Managing relationships through diverse cultures
- Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and to influence key leaders and stakeholders for recommendations and alignment
- Strong systemic thinking; a data driven, decision maker; able to find root cause of issues and gain leadership support to address opportunities
- Creative and pragmatic problem solver
- Proven ability to coach leaders
- An important must is a proven ability to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders, multi-task and re-prioritize as needed in fast moving environment
- Track record of successfully working in a highly agile,, high growth environment
- Can scale from strategic to hands-on, having worked in both small/medium and big company environments is a plus
- Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- High integrity; experience working with sensitive and confidential situations; track record of building strong trust and confidence with business leaders and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master degree is an advantage).
