What is a HR Analyst at Skai?

As a HR Analyst you will be a trusted partner of the global HR leadership and our COO, in charge of HR data accuracy and relevancy. You will advocate for continuous improvement in our systems to develop, document, and implement procedures and guidelines to ensure the data is accurate, digestible and meets compliance needs.You will provide HR administration and support in all HR related systems globally; including monitoring, updating data, user training, problem resolution and ongoing support with high focus on SLA.

But what will you actually do:

- Have very high proficiency with our HR systems and make sure the data on them is clean, accurate and relevant.
- Create reporting and present data and insights in various ways.
- Be the go to person for our global HR systems such as ADP, Lattice and update these systems live, making sure data is correct and effective.
- Collaborate with the finance team on HR data
- Work directly with senior management and our BI team in order to present data and insights.
- Be part of a tight knit HR team, learn and develop expertise of HR data and Information Systems solutions.

Requirements

- You have to love Data - setting it up, keeping up to date, pulling analysis and insights
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems, Industrial Engineering, economics or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data and/ or record management - HR tools and systems experience is a big advantage.
- Super accurate, highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Hebrew), including experience communicating technical information to non-technical staff.
- Fast learner, with demonstrated experience working both independently and in group project settings
We work hybrid! this role is based in our main office in Ramat Hachayal, but we work hybrid long term meaning up to 2-3 days at the office and the rest from home.
