- Build an HR business intelligence function
- Provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of talent analytics, from annual performance, employees engagement to managing attrition
- Evaluate effectiveness of all HR aspects
- Talent planning: forecasting future talent needs of business areas
- Supply and demographic analysis: forecasting availability of right employee for business needs
- People management: own all internal employee research (surveys, focus groups, etc)
- Partner with the HR Management, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and other functions to understand and deliver on their data needs: from standard reporting, workforce planning support, to executive level analysis and recommendations
- Partner closely with IT to build and maintain the HR systems such as: Oracle, performance system. From functionality to collect, analyze and present data
- Provide coaching and training on use and interpretation of metrics
- Manage data and systems analysts


- At least one year of experience in data analyst
- Strong SQL with experience in complex data sets
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with Tableau or other BI tool - strong advantage
- Python or any other programming language - strong advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and lead large scale projects in fast paced matrix organizations
- Advanced knowledge in statistical tools and models - advantage
- Executive presentation skills: ability to distill and present actionable information from complex research
- Experience working with large information systems - advantage
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
