To keep growing, we are looking for a passionate Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and boost our recruiting efforts. As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll join a high-energy working environment and enable our growth by hiring excellent people.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support for the HR team
- Assist the VP HR with various HR-related tasks
- Organize, compile and update company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off
- Full responsibility for welfare topics: happy hours, holidays and birthdays gifts, and so on
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees questions about HR-related issues 
- Assist recruiters by scheduling interviews with candidates
- Answer candidates’ phone calls and provide needed information
- Help organize and participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Requirements

- Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant/Office Administrator or equivalent roles
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Google Sheets, Google Docs,
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
