Description

My Heritage Corporate-IT seeking a Helpdesk to help us build and grow.

As part of the team you will work with the Corporate-IT team to help support all MyHeritage employees get connected, productive,
and secure as quickly as possible, and ensure that they remain that way all the time.

What you’ll do:

- Act as primary Level 1 support for all tickets/walk-ups
- Basic troubleshooting for all devices & office equipment and devices
- Support skills for Mac and windows laptops
- Laptop imaging, damage fixing and replacements
- Primary owner of inventory/asset management and printer support/toner refill
- Experience with user administration in Google Apps
- Knowledge and experience user creation and termination in Active Directory
software tracking, deployment, support
- Conference room troubleshooting and maintenance, and basic network troubleshooting
- Creates accounts and deploys user workstation environment, supports users on site, remote or at HQ

Requirements

- Experience in a HelpDesk position in a mixed environment of Windows and MAC
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Windows PC/Laptop technical support, MAC - an advantage
- Excellent written communication skills and customer service attitude
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Okta, Cisco Meraki, Zscaler - Advantage
