As a Hebrew Customer Service Representative (full-time permanent position), you will be a frontline agent and the primary point of contact for our customers as together we revolutionise the global payment industry.

What will this role involve?

• Answer phone calls & emails from customers and work to resolve their queries in real time, or work with the most relevant PayPal department so it can be dealt with appropriately.
• Proactively recommend and educate the customer about features and benefits of PayPal products in order to improve their satisfaction and deepen their relationship with PayPal.
• Deliver on metrics and targets for example phone handled time and customer experience
• Provide consistent feedback regarding overall customer satisfaction, tools and processes

Requirements

• You must be Fluent in both Hebrew & English (both written and oral communication)
• 12+ months Call Centre or Customer Service experience (including within the retail, financial services or hospitality industry).
• Hold an Israeli passport or have the legal right to work in Israel

Skills required to be a success in this role:

• Exhibit strong communication skills and excel at customer interaction and problem solving.
• Thrive in a quick paced and collaborative team environment.
• You possess a strong working knowledge of software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work independently while making sound business decisions on case information
• Ability to multitask multiple systems, screens and tasks during customer contacts
