Management and overall responsibility for Student Life at the Tel Aviv University International School
• Recruitment, management and training of the Student Life team.
• Responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of social and cultural activities for international students on campus throughout the year.
• Responsibility for handling and responding to student concerns in areas such as: security, personal safety, health and wellness during both daily and emergency situations, and providing solutions that could include being in touch with students' parents and various departments at the university.
• Addressing student concerns and matters in dormitories, including overseeing the housing placement of students and enforcing rules of student behavior and conduct, subject to dormitory regulations.
• Developing a network of contacts with internal and external entities regarding student social and cultural issues.


• At least two years of experience in an education management position.
• Managerial experience - must
• BA degree- must, master's degree- preferred
• Proven experience in working with an international population, preferably in an educational or academic environment - an advantage
• Past experience working or studying in a foreign country or working with communities abroad.
• Ability to work under pressure and with exceptional multi-tasking skills, experience demonstrating initiative, high customer service awareness and excellent human relations and communication skills.
• Hebrew and English - full proficiency in both required, additional languages - an advantage
• High availability for work during unusual hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Ready to be available 24/7 to handle emergencies.
