Both marketing leaders and contributors use Brew's prescient insights to reliably define, plan, and optimize their growth strategy, in real-time.

With our database of millions of marketing activities, both online and offline, we use graph algorithms, statistical analysis and other algorithmic approaches to track the market, identify changes quickly and suggest insights to adapt and react.

What will you do

Owning and leading the tactical sales operations

Manage two sales pods and build onboarding to expand further - creating a key operational engine.

Develop and manage processes and plans to achieve sales targets based on analysis of performance and indicators.

Provide data driven sales operations and projections, anchored in established KPIs

Effectively communicate value propositions to clients through presentations and proposals.

Understand key industry trends and communicate internally and externally to shift strategic directions through sales interactions‍


- 4+ years of relevant SaaS sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions
- A track record of exceeding quotas whilst adhering to key business deadlines
- Experience working with international companies, on a global scale.
- Broad knowledge of sales principles and practices, and the acumen to coach others
- Sales team building experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- A problem solver focusing on resolution
- Advantage: Sales experience to VPs of Marketing and CMOs
