What will be your key- responsibilities?

The role includes market understanding, trends analysis, driving market research and thought leadership, sales enablement and training, media briefings, speaking opportunities in conferences and events and more.

You will be responsible for:

- End-to-end ownership of new products/solutions market launch (concept, development, roll- out, adoption).
- Developing and executing marketing plans for new products and solutions.
- Drive market research and trends analysis.
- Develop thought leadership (work with external research firms to conduct surveys and other research and obtain key data points that can help promote our solutions).
- Create and maintain Sales tools and collateral – value proposition, messaging, differentiation, positioning and competitive intelligence.
- Conduct Sales training – educating and motivating the field.
- Collaboration with Product Management on product strategy, product roadmap and product go to market.
- Close collaboration with the Business Development, Marketing and Sales teams on regional and customer events and preparations of customer workshops.
- Owning speaking opportunities, user groups and professional events.
- Taking part in Marketing activities, creating & reviewing content for marketing events, such as: conferences, video, webinars, etc.
- Manage public and analyst relations, provide media briefings, etc.


- A Product Marketing leader with at least 4 years of experience in a product marketing position for B2B SW/ SaaS products for enterprises (preferably E-commerce SaaS).
- A hands-on leadership approach.
- Strategic thinking – ability to transform technology into a clear business proposition.
- Self-starter, team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English native speaker - articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven presentation skills – evangelism, events and speaking opportunities, discussions with high-level decision makers.
- Creative and influencing – ability to create succinct, relevant, innovative and clear ways of communicating.
- Ability to navigate and build relationships with a global network of stakeholders and flourish in a matrix environment and influence peers and indirect reports.


- You have worked in similar positions in innovative, global, multicultural companies.
- Prior experience in working for fast pace startup companies is a major plus.
- It would be a plus, if you have CPG retail-tech industry experience, along with knowledge of retail loyalty management processes, retail digital marketing and related ecosystems.
