You will build and implement strategic initiatives across the company and develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure that programs are aligned with goals and business priorities. 

- Lead E2E global, complex and strategic training and development projects  
- Build unique, tailor-made soft skill programs, using multiple tools and methods
- Create training programs for specific needs of teams and managers 
- Familiar with methodologies, constantly challenging team, and developing new ideas and implementation practices 
- Comfortable delivering and facilitating training sessions for various departments 
- On-going training and development to ensure organizational knowledge 
- Responsible for onboarding new employees in our New York office
- Choose and implement platforms & systems to enable effective and fluent processes and measurements 


- At least 5+ years of experience as a Training and development manager in hyper growing tech companies 
- English at a very high level- a Must! 
- Proven ability in building and developing new training and development programs and strategies organizationally and globally 
- Leadership and management experience 
- A quick learner, go getter, open- minded, resilient, and innovative 
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
