Description

What’s the job?
- Create an internal communications strategy, inclusive of a vision and mission statement and execute, measure and optimize it
- Initiate, coordinate and share company updates in a variety of creative ways using multi-media story telling techniques and tools
- Manage the company’s internal communication platform, utilizing our existing tools while exploring best of breed technologies that can enhance the reach and coolness of our internal communications
- Lead internal communication of “key moments” such as big company news and personnel change
- Work closely with Marketing to gather expertise and share the exciting day-to-day stories from the market with the global team
- Support promotion of both global and regional HR initiatives
- Align with our HR and Marketing teams to ensure our company strategy and narrative is understood across the company
- Prepare aligned cross-company talking points for managers to share with their teams around key updates and changes within the organization, business, products and more
- Establish a set of KPIs to measure performance of our internal communications strategy in terms of reach, quality of understanding and employee engagement
- Write multiple forms of content including talking points, memos, Q&As, presentations, emails, newsletters
- Edit basic videos while managing external suppliers for more complex projects
- Support the HR team with people-focused announcements and messaging around changes to work conditions or new employee benefits
- Coordinate with HR re. employer branding strategy and execution, ensuring seamless alignment

Requirements

- BA in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or any related field
- 8+ years in communications, public relations or marketing
- Strong written, verbal and visual communications skills
- Native English speaker
- Strong leadership qualities
- Fast learner with a thirst for knowledge and depth
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Agile, adaptable and flexible personality
- Promotes an environment of change and innovation
- This role reports directly to the VP of HR, and dotted to the Chief People Officer and Head of PR & Communications.
