Description

Playtika Is looking for a Head of HR to join the HR Team.

As Head of HR, you will serve as a key leader and influential member of Playtika’s HR Executive management team, providing strategic HR consulting to our senior leaders and their leadership teams and serving as a trusted advisor and business partner. You will bring deep HR expertise and strategic thinking to the most senior levels of management of the business. You will lead the development of the HR strategy ensuring that all people practices are aligned to global, enterprise-wide frameworks and executed to meet the business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic vision and input on business restructures, workforce planning and employee talent management and development.
- Develops and drives strategies to meet changing business and talent needs to support the achievement of company and team objectives.
- Build and lead large scale structural and organizational design changes.
- Manage direct HR Business partners and advise them How to drive efficiencies and leverage best HR practices.
- Be a trusted advisor to the EGM and accompany his management and their strategy and development.

Requirements

- 7+ Years of HR experience in a fast-growing matrix organization in an international environment across multiple locations.
- 4+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of strong leadership skills, team development, and building effective organizations across global regions.
- Proven Experience with Executive management.
- Managerial experience through change and hyper growth- A must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of personalities and skill sets.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments by being organized, having the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow-ups and act with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to project manage independently, prioritize and engage other and have worked with - HR team across multiple geographies.
- Bias for action, positivity and delivering results through a direct yet kind leadership style
