We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic team.

The head of Global TA will be pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across all functions and regions

What You Will Do

- Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans

- Partner with senior leadership to understand talent needs and proactively identify recruitment priorities to support business objectives

- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent

- Utilize analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies, making data-driven decisions to improve our processes continually

- Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline

- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience

- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that our workforce reflects the diverse communities we serve

What You Will Need

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent. HR certificate strongly preferred

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global recruitment efforts

- Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading and developing a team of recruiters

- Expertise in utilizing a variety of recruitment methods and tools, including social media, networking, job boards, and applicant tracking systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable recruitment strategies

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement

- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience implementing strategies to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce

- Professional certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) is a plus
