As our company continues to grow, we are seeking our new Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Annual Budget Planning process and on-going budget utilization and control.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly results and update quarter and annual forecasts.
- Provide business leaders with ongoing financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
- Lead a team of business partners that provide financial support and advice to line managers
- Prepare financial reporting packages and presentations used by Senior Management and Board of Directors.
- Lead the Long-term Planning process, coordinating with business leaders to develop 5 year business plans, including booking, revenue, expenses and cash flow.
- Support M&A and integration efforts, including due diligence and integrating acquired companies into the forecasting and reporting framework, process and timelines.
- Lead the development of new reports and processes to ensure the accuracy of critical information and improve reporting cycle.
- Reporting to the CFO and part of the CFO’s management team.
- The candidate will manage a team of 4-6 employees.
- The final title /Level of this position will be determined based on the candidate's experience and expertise.

Requirements

- MBA or CPA
- At least 8 years of experience in FP&A roll in a large global company preferably a high-tech/ software company
- Excellent financial modeling skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong verbal, written, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Matrix work within finance and other departments in the global organization.
- Leadership experience required
- Fluent in English
