The operations and manufacturing engineer is responsible for all operational aspects to enable the manufacturing of the company devices. Responsible for conducting and managing all interactions with the manufacturing partners and suppliers.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsibility for NPI, MP, and delivery processes
- Choose CMs, Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and legal
- Coordinate the Product Transfer from Development to Mass production
- Work with internal R&D teams (HW and SW) and the product team
- Work and collaborate with external design houses in the field of Electronics and Mechanical design on DFM and NPI process
- Building the production line with the company CM
- Testing - Define with R&D and CM all testing steps, build relevant testing equipment and implement with CM
- Assembly Instructions definition based on R&D and CM guidelines
- Onsite training of CM local personal
- Manufacturing quality criteria definition and implementation at CM
- Manage the company inventory of components and end products: Logistics, Support, Finance needs
- Managing the company subcontractors in various fields (Cameras, Motors, Cables, Tablet, Audio components, FPC, and others)
- Shipment and logistics of company devices and equipment worldwide including storage and local shipment logistics

Requirements

- Deep knowledge of Manufacturing technologies (molds, plastic, aluminum, etc’), DFx process, and NPI process
- Deep knowledge of electronics design and manufacturing process
- Knowledge and experience for manufacturing quality measures, definition, and implementation
- BSc. In Electronics Engineering
- Hands-on: HW design review process, Mechanical design review process, Testing equipment definition and implementation support, Tier-1 support for HW issues, Support for delivery and logistics of the product delivery

- Attention to details and very Organized
- Self-motivated, ability to move things within the company and outside of it
- Team player - with cross-domain and cross companies team members
