WalkMe is seeking a new Head of Organic Acquisition to join our top performing Demand Generation Team. This individual will play a vital leadership role in developing and executing a scalable demand generation model to further drive WalkMe’s marketing strategy across all initiatives and channels. You will be working directly with the CMO and VP Demand Generation to lead a team responsible for inbound lead generation, email marketing, social media, content, SEO and supporting the WalkMe brand.The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical leader with a strong understanding of various online marketing channels who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. What will you actually be doing?
- Lead the team that designs, and executes inbound strategy across all social media channels, blogs, websites and search engines.
- Design and optimize the strategy to continuously improve the quantity, quality, and conversion of incoming leads.
- Support the value creation org in advanced sales cycle stages to improve close rates, LTV, retention and cross-sells.
- Proactively identify and develop longer-term marketing and communications strategies and initiatives that will result in increased visibility and profitable growth.
- Create and/or lead the creation of compelling and effective content for blogs, forums, email programs, newsletters, videos, ads, live webinars, landing pages, white papers, and other demand generation collateral.


- Proven leader of teams, a skilled people manager capable of managing resources across multiple fronts.
- 5+ years proven experience in B2B/B2C demand generation-B2B an advantage.
- An analytical, data-driven mindset and discipline in identifying and prioritizing high-value work.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MBA a plus.
- Excellent digital marketing knowledge (SEM/SEO, Email marketing, Social Media marketing, Web UX, Affiliate marketing, retargeting).
- A proven track record of content creation (videos, interactive pages, emails, blogs) and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua), marketing attribution software, customer databases and social media tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive end-to-end execution of multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
