We are looking for a creative and passionate Head of Content and Social to join our growing Marketing department. You will oversee, create and maintain strategic content and social media that will influence accessiBe’s brand. You are very much in tune with technology, technical advancements and current affairs to ensure that the whole content department is up to date.

What you'll be doing:

- Ensure that all the business narratives and messaging are in support of the content strategies.
- Build, establish and manage content creation workflows, processes, and resources
- Oversee the social media development tools and processes in order to facilitate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making for the business’s social media presence and content.
- Perform research to create high-quality, insights-driven content, providing value to accessiBe’s current and potential clients
- Work closely with the sales, product, and demand team to help improve the marketing funnel

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Content B2B writing
- 2+ years of experience in a management role at a product company
- English mother tongue - a MUST
- Experience with building and leading content marketing department
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills- a Must!
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker and creative problem solver
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
