Description

Guesty is looking for a passionate Head of Content to join our growing Marketing team. The role, based in Tel Aviv, will include crafting and executing a strategic, global content plan across various channels targeting those who can benefit most from Guesty’s end-to-end short-term rental management platform.

This creative storyteller will report to the Director of Communications and play a pivotal role in raising brand awareness, creating captivating narratives that educate and inform our target audience, while managing a team of master content creators who help property managers understand Guesty’s mission: to make the lives of property managers easier.

We’re looking for a natural-born leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven content experience in the B2B arena. If you also happen to live and breathe both travel and tech, this is the job for you.

Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Lead and implement global content strategy and activities with both lead generation and brand awareness top of mind
- Leading the production of blog posts, case studies, educational content on Guestyversity, webinars, videos, guides, sales collateral, presentations, social media content and more
- Edit and assign tasks to member of the teams
- Create innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness while shifting priorities as necessary
- Build relationships with, and content solutions for, teams across the company including: Performance Marketing, Product, Sales and more
- Meet deadlines and provide metrics to measure campaign success
- Oversee and define improvements for content creation, community engagement, and content marketing

Requirements

- 5-6 years experience in a content-specific role
- Native English speaker, a must
- Experience at a tech startup, a plus
- 2 years of management experience in-house, ideally in a global SaaS/B2B organization and/or tech startup, as well as experience managing freelancers
- Excellent writing and editorial skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members in the organization
- Ability to shift quickly and adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines and moving KPIs forward
- Experience in working with graphic designers to bring content to life
- Experience working with video teams to capture content in a compelling manner, a plus
- Familiarity with email marketing, SEO and social media best practices
- Experience using WordPress
- Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following (or an equivalent): English, Marketing, Communications and/or Public Relations
