WeissBeerger is the leading Internet of Things & Big Data solutions provider for bars and restaurants and Breweries. The connected bar/outlet we have created allows the collection of critical data from each bar via connecting sensors to the bar’s beer taps and connecting to the bar’s Point of Sale Terminal. Weissbeerger through its proprietary algorithms and data engines uses this data to provide bar owners real-time insights and understanding of the market in order to optimize their portfolio, improve their operations and increase their revenue. This data is also used to provide Breweries with critical data which they can use to help their customers’ improve their overall business performance.

We were recently acquired by Anheuser Busch Inbev (ABI), the largest Brewer in the world and play a critical role in leveraging the power of Big Data to help ABI drive Beer Category growth across key priority markets and in helping ABI grow their customers’ business , We currently have operations throughout Europe, Asia, North & South America, Australia and have over 80 employees in our headquarters in Tel Aviv Israel.

We are looking for a Head of Commercial Analytics to join our amazing team, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

This role will be a critical player in driving Value Creation for the ABI business across their global operations. Value creation is defined as the insights driven activities which can grow the ABI business volume and revenue and enhance margin levels.

The role provides the important leadership on how to extract game-changing business insights across the end to end value chain and translate these insights into commercial strategies for ABI Zones to implement in their respective markets.

The Head of Commercial Analytics Operations Director will:
- Lead the strategic “Golden insight” processes across all of ABI business zones – Define the required business brief, and lead data exploration with the Business Insights and Data Science Teams.
Identify Golden insights” and translate them into recommended business strategies and activities
Drive the testing process and measurement of key performance metrics with Zones to ascertain the impact of these commercial activities on the zones performance.
- Provide the required thought leadership on how to utilize our real time data feed to address critical business opportunities/challenges
- Play an important role in the characterization, development and implementation of unique products/services which will provide advanced analytics tools for these Centers of Excellence to step-change the performance of their respective components of the value chain
- Act as a knowledge center to create and share use cases across zones and lead training of zones on value creation process and thought provocation across the end to end business


- A bachelor degree in the fields of Management, Business administration, Economics, research or analytics. A masters degree in any related business field will be beneficial
- At least 7 years of cumulative experience in roles which required significant commercial acumen and the use of advanced analytics to drive best in class decision making across the end to end business value chain. Previous experience as a management consultant will be beneficial
- At least 3 years’ experience leading multiple direct reports, processes and projects in complex environments
- Great interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work independently to lead people in achieving their targets
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting
- Familiarity with the hospitality and/or beer industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel 20-25%
