We are looking for our first Head of AI Lead who will lead all aspects of our product's AI strategy as well as build, manage, and scale its impact.
About The Role:
As our Head of Artificial Intelligence you will-
- Set the technical direction, vision and strategy for incorporating AI into our product
- Lead, mentor and scale the AI cross-functional team while nurturing a high-standard, innovative, and creative culture.
- Work closely with the CEOs, CPTO, and other stakeholders to integrate AI concepts into our product
- Represent us at conferences and industry events as a thought leader in AI as well as build ,maintain relationships and attract talents in the AI community
- Communicate the roadmap and strategic decision-making process to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create a culture of high standards, innovation, and creativity by mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the AI domain, including managing teams, guiding AI strategy and driving innovation
- Technical proficiency - A strong understanding and execution of AI technologies
- Strong product sense and ability to translate AI concepts into product
- Strategic thinking - ability to develop and execute AI strategies aligned with organizational goals - identified opportunities for AI driven innovations, assessing market trends and translating into the product
- Communication skills - excellent communication and interpersonal skills
