Where Your Passion for Emerging Products Meets Your Passion for Enterprise Account Management

We work with the top developers in the world, from Zynga to Uber to Facebook and everywhere in between. The Strategic Mobile Growth Account Manager is the face and voice of StoreMaven for these companies, and if we’re going to put our best face forward you need to be exceptional. We expect you to be able to analyze on the fly, navigate unknown scenarios, and make our services indispensable to clients.

Day-to-day you will:
- Serve as the main focal point and build the strategies for Enterprise clients like Warner Brothers, Zynga and more (our design partners)
- Ensure they gain the maximum value from the analytics deduced from our products by preparing and running meetings, gathering business strategies and growth related questions which will be posed internally to our Product, Data, Research & Analytics teams, creating strategic decks, visiting clients on-site, etc.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning experts, analysts and more to create a methodology which will drive clear and actionable insights. Key findings will be presented to management, Sales, BizDev teams and more
- Conduct marketing experiments and play a key role in the creation of impactful industry data-driven content
- Present the status of our clients’ requests in our bi-weekly product roadmap updates / sprints and drive their requests to completion with our Product Team
- Troubleshoot various solutions to bugs which arise as the product is being built and validate resolutions with clients
- Demo new versions and explain use cases to clients
- Guide customers through our product and any new version releases to support their internal strategies and use cases
- Constantly collaborate with various internal teams to add new integrations, apps and features
- Refine the way we present and manage the technical on-boarding of potential and existing customers to the product and any new capabilities
- Validate new releases with client data and loop back relevant feedback to internal teams

Requirements

First: Some non-negotiables
- Very strong account management and relationship building skills + at least 2 years experience working in an enterprise level, client-facing role and / or in project management; experience in a related company, particularly in the paid social advertising space, a plus
- Experience building and presenting advanced decks and reports—you should be a master at “story telling” in a business context
- Familiarity with the mobile app/gaming ecosystem – a strong advantage
- Desire and ability to learn the product while it’s in its beta phase and develop technological skills required to service clients and achieve client growth
- Comfort working with data teams and presenting their models and results to key internal and external stakeholders
- Independent worker and strong time management capabilities
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work late
- Native English Level
