We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our Hyper Casual Lab
Responsibilities
- Understand funnels, tools, ecosystems, and trends in the mobile UA space.
- Partner with UA & monetization managers, developers, creative marketing managers and BI to lead the ideation, definition and execution of UA strategies, processes and products that drive growth.
- Plan, execute and report on experiments to discover strategies that improve growth KPIs
- Evaluate and lead the adoption of new mobile advertising platforms and practices
- Interface with UA and Monetization Managers to analyze needs and implement new features.

Requirements
- 3+ years of user acquisition related experience
- 3+ years of product management experience collaborating with engineering and BI.
- Experience in the gaming industry or adtech.
- BSc in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and excellent English, required to communicate daily with global teams.
And
- Excellent sense of accountability and ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
- Experience in making and communicating analytical, data-driven decisions.
- Ability to articulate solid arguments, messaging and narratives.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, delivering multiple simultaneous projects.
