Taboola is seeking to add an outstanding individual to its Media Growth Operations team, which will manage and scale our outbound engine for the global Media sales organization.

Provides a comprehensive range of prospect research, analysis, tools and management in order to successfully deliver highly qualified leads to the sales team, while meeting the company's goals.

World class brands such as Expedia, Microsoft, Samsung and Whirlpool leverage Taboola's platform to uplift brand awareness as well as deliver online engagement and conversions.

The Growth Operations team is a data-driven team who is responsible for qualifying inbounds leads, identifying the best leads for Taboola’s sales teams and finding new opportunities to grow.

As a Growth Operation Manager you must be a self starter that is willing to roll up your sleeves to build and improve processes, able to communicate effectively with Sales Management teams, highly organized, detailed-oriented and execution focused. The right candidate will be highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data and make business recommendations accordingly along with tech approach to analyze and evaluate data tools.

Key responsibilities:
- Generate scalable, high quality leads while using tools and systems to automate processes.
- Responsible for managing and optimising the outbound leads generation process.
- Create transparency on lead supply, quality and direct each lead to the right channel within outbound.
- Design new standardized process for the pre-sale lead generation.
- Lead projects and initiatives with a focus on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Sales organization.
- Conduct analysis to gain deeper insights into our business that will enable to Identify relevant customers who are likely to succeed with Taboola and meet Taboola goals.
- Partner with Media Sales leads on business planning and strategy .
- Provide regional support to sales managers by tracking performance, providing insights and definition of their lead sourcing strategy
- Work closely with SDRs and sales managers to support and guide them on prioritization, qualification and data buying.
- Use data mining, analytics and predictive modeling techniques to identify relevant prospects within the database.


- 2-4 years experience in a lead generating / sales planning / sales or account management position.
- Experience in the performance advertising space
- Strong analytical skills to generate business insights and monitor/identify trends in data
- Technically adept and able to use a variety of data tools
- Track record of leading process and operational excellence
- Ability to influence key internal stakeholders and work collaboratively in a matrix organization
- Self-motivated and possess a results-focused mindset
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
