Sarona Partners is recruiting an ambitious and enthusiastic Growth & Inbound Marketing Manager to lead the company’s visibility, presence and customer acquisition all across its lines of business.

Your role covers growth marketing and conversion rate/inbound requests optimization, leading our outbound marketing activities, you’ll be responsible for growing and positioning our brands, attracting inbound leads and growing the awareness and web presence of the Sarona Partners activities, ultimately boosting sales.

For this role, we are looking for a creative and quantitative thinker, with proven experience in brand growth, with previous successes in establishing an inbound lead generation process.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth marketing and inbound strategy for the company’s various products and services.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Conceive and execute content campaigns to drive outbound and inbound acquisition and engagement such as such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
- Create, run and optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation. Social Media Community Management (Publishing, Monitoring, Engaging and Community Building).
- Manage the company’s digital assets (websites, social media profiles)
- Work with vendors and service providers to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Develop sales materials - write the content and use graphic design tools or vendors
- Measure and optimize the buyer journey
- Work according to the company’s reporting framework and OKRs system

Role Requirements
- Strong growth marketing track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Familiar with Growth and Inbound marketing tactics
- Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability (English and Hebrew).
- Knowledge of necessary marketing automation tools and platforms, the following or equivalents: Google Analytics, SEO, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite etc.
- Proficient with Analytics.
- Keen eye for design and details oriented
- Super-Skill such as HTML, CSS or Graphic Design is an advantage.
- 5+ years’ experience in growth or inbound marketing.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
