We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead our TA team and our global recruiting effort in Israel, US, LATAM, APAC and EMEA.

The HR Global Talent Acquisition TL will be responsible for 2 Talent Acquisition Partners including E2E recruitment processes, from a full partnership with hiring managers, through sourcing and attracting talents, up to creating a unique candidate experience. Reporting to BioCatch’s CPO.

Requirements

- 6years of recruiting experience in-house, preferably in a start-up company
- Proven work experience as a Global Recruiter
- Extensive experience conducting HR interviews
- Hands-on experienceand approach
- Familiarity with HR databases and reports, Applicant Tracking Systems (Comeet)
- Strong decision-making skills, high energy and passion
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
- Fluency in English -must
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
