For the SolarEdge Recruitment team, we are looking for a top-notch Global Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead recruitment processes abroad.

The Global TA Partner we are looking for will be a part of a global team and will work on a variety of profiles.

What will you be doing:

- Full lifecycle recruiting: Managing an entire recruitment process end to end, from the position definition to onboarding.
- Partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, and employee and candidate referrals.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Manage candidates in the process and provide them with a standout talent experience.
- Create, manage, and improve recruiting processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter.
- Mother tongue English- Advantage Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
- Experience in conducting in-depth global interviews on a remote basis.
- Experience in managing an End-to-End process.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- experience with Comeet - an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
