What will you do:

- Improve the organizational capabilities through effective leadership of the Talent Acquisition strategy, process, and execution
- Manage global recruiting team that can meet the dynamic demands of a growing technology company
- Actively recruit for key roles as needed
- Lead the annual TA plans and execution
- Craft and execute creative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns
- Design and lead best-in-class candidate experience
- Develop strategies to build Cynet`s employment brand including our regional social media presence to ensure that we are effectively telling a dynamic story to prospective candidates
- Lead continuous improvement in processes, tools, and channels to implement best practices
- Manage consistent data-driven hiring metrics to push for success and drive accountability


- 5+ years' experience in recruiting in a global Hi-tech company.
- 2+ years' experience In managing a team
- Strong Project Management and strategic thinking for managing a recruitment practice
- Proven managerial capabilities plus collaborative matrix work
- Data-driven, proven experience working with KPI, recruitment reports, and analysis for ROIs
- Very high level of English (written, spoken)– a must.
- Highly effective communication skills
- People person, great teamwork, responsive, communicative, builder
- Independent, self-monitored with good multitasking and prioritization skills
- Good presentation & negotiation skills
