As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager you will:

- Manage our global recruitment team.
- Closely work with the BU leaders and global HR team to identify and forecast all hiring-related needs
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring and meet business objectives
- Manage and develop our sourcing channels (agencies, social, friend referral, etc.)
- Build cross-company and cross-site recruiting vision, strategy, roadmap.
- Create ways to maintain and improve our employer branding and candidate experience
- Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions
- Coach, mentor, assess and onboard team members


- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role including team management experience
- At least 5 years experience as a hands-on recruiter in the hi-tech industry
- Experience with Global recruitment
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Data-driven
- High English proficiency
