The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for establishment of the local and global recruitment strategy and work processes, including KPI definition, measurements, policies, Infrastructures, recruitment system and reports for over 550 hires per year.

Direct management of 5 Recruitment Leaders, matrix management of 3 Senior recruiters/ HRBP's. Will report to Sr. Director of HR.

What you will do:
- Design develop and maintain a top of the class recruiting processes and procedures
- Create and own a positive candidate and new hire experience
- Analyze data and recommend improvements - time to hire, cost per hire etc
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our talent acquisition process
- Implementation of sourcing methodologies – LinkedIn and more direct sourcing platforms
- Explore the market for best recruitment and staffing practices and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Manage and develop the recruitment team
- Developing and overseeing special programs: Student hire program and employer Branding strategy
- Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
- Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
- Lead the selection, implementation and usage of recruiting system
- Assist in recruitment of senior position and rare talents


- Minimum Education: BA Degree in labor laws/ psychology or related field is a must. MA/ MBA is an advantage
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven leadership experience - must

- Technical savvy and the ability to ensure we are using the latest and best processes/systems to secure top talent and ensure we are working smarter
- Strong Business understanding
- A great communicator - both written and verbal
