- Lead E2E recruiting process including scanning CV’s, sourcing activities, conducting phone and in depth behavioural interviews up to offer stage
- Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience
- Be a trusted partner with hiring managers, understanding their needs, maintaining communication and leading successful recruitment
- Build and maintain relationships with outside recruiting agencies.
- Partner in creating internal referral programs and build enthusiasm and support for driving candidate referrals from existing employees


- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in high-growth, tech organisations.
- Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub and more)
- Previous experience in recruiting E2E positions for R&D
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
- Experience from networking companies (SD-WAN technology) - advantage
- Able to work in start-up environment: do what it takes, ability to work in super intense and dynamic environment
- A people person who builds relationships and skilled at working cross-functionally
- Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
- A true team player who is willing and excited to contribute to our team’s and company's success
- High level of English - written and verbal.
