The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead Cato Networks end to end hiring process and talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent worldwide to support our ongoing growth. This is a high impact role requiring demonstrated ability, creativity, and experience in managing and executing a global recruiting strategy. You’ll understand the business, build relationships with exceptional candidates and partner with the hiring managers in assessment and providing a great candidate experience. The role will include ongoing HR responsibilities in addition to talent acquisition and reports to the VP HR.

- Lead the full cycle hiring process
- Build a candidate pipeline, identifying and building relationships with top talent worldwide
- Source creatively using LI and social media as well as other channels
- Deeply understand the business, Cato’s culture and the various roles
- Lead employer branding
- Build relationships with candidates understanding their needs throughout the recruitment cycle and proving an excellent experience
- Be a trusted partner with hiring managers, understanding their needs, maintaining communication and leading successful recruitment
- Build and maintain relationships with outside recruiting agencies. Manage the contract and budget process with recruiting partners
- Manage the internal referral program and build enthusiasm and support for driving candidate referrals from existing employees
- On-board new employees
- Contribute to various HR initiatives (performance evaluations, payroll, welfare)
- Maintain the candidate pipeline and pool on our ATS


- At least 3 years’ experience as a recruiter in hi-tech
- Experienced in sourcing and excellent knowledge of LinkedIn - must
- Experience hiring worldwide (US, APAC, Europe)
- Strong English, both verbal and written- a must
- B.A in Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent
- Experience in technological recruiting - advantage
- Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
- Strong leadership, both direct and indirect. Ability to work well cross-functionally and influence across the organization at all levels
- Analytical thinker, detail oriented and excellent customer service focus
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
