Taranis is hiring a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to contribute directly to our company’s rapid growth!

Responsibilities
- Own and lead all recruitment processes end to end - local and global
- Sourcing-creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience
- Define, measure and exceed hiring KPIs
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.

In addition -
- Passion for recruitment and data-driven manner
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
- Experience with technical recruitment and sourcing in different locations (mainly Israel and US)
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience for technical positions
- Excellent English level – written and verbal
- Vast experience in sourcing: excellent sourcing skills, great candidate outreach, building short and long-term sourcing strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and events with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, HR and Recruiting communities, etc
- Proven ability to effectively self-motivate
- Bachelors Degree
