We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Global Talent Acquisition Lead to play a crucial role supporting our rapid expansion in IL and WW. As the sole recruiter in our challenging, fast paced and high performance environment you’ll manage the company global recruitment life cycle.

- Lead the global recruitment workflow end-to-end (new position kickoff, sourcing, posting, CV screening, in depth interviews, process management)
- Partner closely with the hiring managers in the USA & Europe: understand their organizational needs, define the right profiles, ensure high-quality hiring and excellent onboarding experience
- Build strong relationships with candidates including the responsibility for candidate experience and talent attraction methods
- Conduct advanced sourcing processes and perform proactive headhunting via various social networks as well as other search methods to build a robust, top notch candidate pipeline
- 5 years’ experience of end to end global recruiting in a global tech company
- Hands-on experience and strong sourcing skills
- Passion for the recruitment world
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and in English (ability to conduct interviews in English)
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- BA in Behavioral Studies / Psychology / Social Sciences or equivalent
