We are looking for a Global operation finance & pricing manager for our international HQ, who will be leading pricing processes & recommendations. We are looking for strategic thinker with keen business insights, exceptional economist skills, who is commercially aware and has proven experience in a major corporate environment in a senior economist position.

Job description

- Managing directly two team members  and dotted line global OPS economists
- Develop pricing recommendations (proposed prices and P&L impact) based on analyses and understanding of implications to sales, finances, operations and supply chain, and overall business objectives
- Pricing analysis (including minimum sales price) and profitability analysis of price proposals of new and current products
- Monitors data for insights in competitors and our brands for early indications of competitors/ customer/ market moves and provides proactive, recommendations
- Define, track and measure pricing KPIs, defining actionable decision insights on pricing performance
- Work closely with marketing and innovation departments on new initiatives and products
- Collaboration with marketing on pricing strategies and long term profitability growth
- Part of the AOP pricing setting and profitability analysis  


- 6+ years in economic experience – must
- Experience in pricing economic - must
- Analytical experience - must
- Managerial experience – must
- Global experience – an advantage
- High level English both verbal and written
- Computer skills: highly experienced with BI tools, Excel & PPT
