Medison is a fast growing and evolving pharma company which expands globally to bring Highly Innovative Therapies (HITs) to people in need.

We are currently hiring a Global Learning Manager to support our businesses goals achievement by identifying skills gaps among employees and creating plans to bridge these gaps.

The Global Learning Manager will be responsible for leading and enhancing learning culture, infrastructures, and programs deployment.

Design and develop professional learning and personal development including onboarding.


· Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning programs in line with business needs and priorities.

· Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning.

· Initiate and manage the learning platform and be responsible for the maintenance, communication, engagement and ongoing support for all users.

· Be responsible for Onboarding strategy, structure, content, and the alignment with the professional onboarding

· Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

· Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.

· Co-Lead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, such as employee Engagement, Performance Management, etc.

· Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.

· Conduct train the trainer workshops to ensure training, scalability and effectiveness.

· Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable.

· Managing the Learning budget.

· Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.


· 7 + years of experience as a Global Learning Manager in a global dynamic, constantly changing environment.

· Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

· Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

· Communicative, great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills and presentation skills

· Strong project management skills with the ability to work with many stakeholders in a high pace work environment

· Curious, fast learner with attention to details

· Data-driven: ability to use data to design and measure enablement

· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

· Fluent English (verbal and written)
