We are looking for a talented & passionate Global Learning & Development Manager to join our team!In this role you will set the grounds and infrastructure for Kornit’s learning strategy and leave your professional mark right from the base line!

Reports to: Global OD & Learning Director
Location:Rosh Ha'AyinWhat will you do:

- Developlearning & development strategy and plan,to support business professional scale-up needs
- Partner with managers and SME’s to translate business needs to effective, ROI driven, E2E learning solutions, using innovative and up to date learning methodologies and measure business impact
- Evaluate global individual and organizational learning & development needs and manage global learning & development programs.
- Choose & Implement new digital learning platforms and tools.
- Design and implement social learning activities
- Manage L&D budget,negotiate contracts and build strong partnerships with vendors and consultants.
- Nurture a learning and knowledge sharing culture

Requirements

- Proven experience as an L&D manager in global companies
- Proven experience in professional & technological learning development from business/product side, in current/early career.
- Up to date knowledge at effective & new learning and development methods
- Familiarity with digital platforms and practices
- Experience in working with vendors, project management and budgeting
- Early experience as a learning developer – an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build partnerships with employees, managers, SME’s, HR,and vendors
- Emotional resilience to be a pioneer
