Panaya is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and become an impactful partner for our company’s growth and success.As HRBP, you will be the strategic partner to our leaders globally, act as the main point of contact for employees, and drive a number of strategic initiatives in partnership with the Global People team.*The position is based in our office in Hod Hasharon (Hybrid model)


- Partner with our employees and managers to deliver and implement HR programs and policies aligned with business strategy and priorities
- Partner and interact effectively with Managers at all levels, deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives, possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the agility to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand business priorities and changing needs, build and implement HR solutions and best practices to enhance the organizational capability, focusing on employee engagement, talent and performance management, employee relations, HR systems, legal issues, and organizational change activities.
- Actively partner, coach & develop managers. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management).
- Manages the tactical HR activities in the various regions, including building and enforcing policies, working with corporate functions on C&B and compliance issues, and managing employee relations.
- Lead, assist and implement global HR initiatives as assigned.
- Manage welfare and recruitment processes for different groups and regions.
- Ability to work well across different functions and locations


- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in global organizations.
- Experience with global teams –Must
- Proficient knowledge and a truly hands-on approach in all HR areas: Hiring, Organizational Development, Comp. & Ben, HRIS, Welfare.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening skills both in Hebrew and English.
- Proactive, independent, result-oriented, and a team player
- Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working well across different functions
