Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops manufactures and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries looking for a Global C&B & People Analytics Manager

Reports to: EVP HR

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

What will you do?

- Lead, Manage, design and implement a global compensation strategy and plan from design to execution- merit process, equity cycles, recognition programs, Talent processes, RSU
- Conduct job analysis, competitive benchmarking and comp structure for new hires and promotion offers
- Promotion of wellness initiatives and benefits awareness
- Responsibility for HRIS and lead all new and all existing systems implementation and on going
- Responsibility for the People Analytics domain to enable data-driven decisions
- Responsible for global employee relations including employment terms
- Work with senior leadership and provide tools and information to make better talent decisions
advisor to HR and management on latest principles, practices and trends
- Head-Count Planning and monitoring
- Ownership on HR System
- Be a key part of the global HR team

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience in the Comp & Ben domain and 5 years in global environment- a must
- Proven experience in structuring C&B processes- a must
- Excellent MS Office skills - MS Excel expert – a must
- Excellent Analytical capabilities
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- High level English
